ALTAMENTE ROBOTICS

Understand the task first. Then select the robot.

One bounded task, a comparison of options and a clear next step before investing in a robot.

Readiness Brief

Readiness Brief assesses available materials for one agreed case. We compare improving manual work, suitable automation and robot options. Depending on the task, we also review existing applications, available skills and human–robot interaction.

  • We check whether an available application or transferable skill covers the task. If it does not, we assess configuration, programming, demonstration or learning options on a supported platform. For HRI, we define instructions, supervision, handover to a person and safe stopping.

What the Readiness Brief covers

Proposed price: CZK 9,900 excluding VAT for one manipulation of a closed crate up to 2 kg from shelf to table on the same floor. Other tasks or a broader scope are priced separately. Before ordering, we confirm the question, scope, inputs, reviewer, price and schedule.

01

Inputs

Task description, objects and variability, dimensions and weights, environment, frequency, timing, required quality and interaction with people. A short video helps; substitute evidence and its limits are agreed beforehand.

02

Output

Accepted inputs, comparison of suitable options, a recommendation on the agreed question, evidenced capabilities and gaps, vendor questions and a plan for further verification.

03

Review and limits

One written output, one consolidated feedback round and revision. A negative recommendation is a valid outcome. An inconclusive case is accepted as an output only under a limitation agreed in advance.

The service excludes a site visit, physical testing, technical proof of feasibility, safety approval, conformity assessment and commissioning. Missing evidence is identified explicitly. Specialists, tests and additional work require their own confirmed scope and budget.

Illustrative example: moving a crate from shelf to table

A fictional case explaining the output. It is not a customer reference, a measurement or a validated solution.

Crate: 400 × 300 × 200 mm, weight up to 2 kg; shelf height 900 mm, table height 750 mm, route 3 m. Actual frequency, centre of gravity, grip, variability, human movement and integration conditions are missing.

A

Compare options

First review improvements to the manual workflow. For a manipulator, assess load including the tool, reach and stability. For a humanoid, establish why the task needs its particular capabilities.

B

Complete the evidence

Do not promise a platform or savings without the missing inputs. Complete geometry, payload, tool and operating conditions, then define specialist review and test criteria.

How to proceed

A Brief supports the first decision. A detailed commissioning plan and implementation cover a broader scope.

  • First agree the question, accepted materials, output criteria and review process.
  • Distinguish facts, assumptions and unverified capabilities. Confirm equipment and specialist availability before a particular test.
  • For demonstrations and learning, establish supported platform capabilities, evaluation criteria and conditions for human takeover.
  • Share sensitive materials only after agreeing permissions, a secure channel, access and retention.
