Information you share with us
If you write to us, we process the contact details and message you provide to respond and continue the conversation. For a service enquiry, this concerns steps at your request before entering into a contract; for other correspondence, our legitimate interest in responding and keeping related records. Providing information is voluntary, but without the necessary contact details we may be unable to respond.
We retain information for as long as needed to handle the communication and, where applicable, protect rights or meet binding obligations. Access may be given to the people handling your enquiry and necessary email or technical service providers. This website does not use the information for automated decision-making or profiling.
How the website works
The contact form sends your information over a secure connection to the website server. After input checks and Cloudflare Turnstile verification, the message is passed to our corporate SMTP server. It is processed as email, not stored in a website database. Using a direct email link instead opens your email application.
Form protection uses a short-lived ALTAMENTEFORM session cookie, security tokens and request limits. Website counters store an HMAC derived from the IP address, not the address in plain text, and are automatically removed after the end of the following day. Application logs contain technical codes, not message content, contact details, passwords or verification tokens. The hosting provider’s own logs are managed separately.
Abuse protection: Cloudflare Turnstile
Opening the contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, browser and device information and other technical signals needed to distinguish people from automated traffic. We do not include your message, name or email address in the Turnstile verification request.
We use the service to protect our website and communications from abuse. Cloudflare processing is governed by its Turnstile terms and privacy policy; its infrastructure may be outside the European Economic Area. You can alternatively contact us directly by email.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to info@altamente.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
