ALTAMENTE ROBOTICS

Robot deployment assessment.

Understand the task first. Then select a robot and delivery approach.

For one defined process, assess available applications, robot capabilities, operating conditions and further verification. Receive a proposed approach, responsibilities and preliminary budget.

Readiness of the robot, people and work process.

Readiness connects equipment capabilities with data, the environment, operators and operational dependencies. We seek a realistic delivery approach for the customer’s outcome.

01

Task and existing application

Objects, routes, speed, accuracy, exceptions and current operating costs. Check whether an application exists for the same operating conditions.

02

Robot and skills

Exact model and variant, tooling, sensors, SDK and control rights. Separate documented functions, supported reuse and parts requiring testing or development.

03

Process, people and environment

Workplace layout, available information, operator interaction, responsibilities and readiness to change the workflow.

04

Integration and operation

Connections to machines and business systems, data access, interruptions and recovery, support, safety and required documentation.

HRI: how the robot works with people.

Human–robot interaction is assessed within the process. It covers instructions, handover, confirmation and exceptions that operators must handle in normal operation.

  • How people give instructions and when the robot must ask for clarification or confirmation.
  • How tasks or objects are handed over, responses are timed, and interruption, changed instructions or recovery are handled.
  • Which behaviour can be configured or programmed and which may require demonstrations or targeted learning.
  • What information, training and permissions users need, and who is responsible for intervention.

Learning a specific behaviour depends on the target platform, interfaces, data method and validation result. An assessment does not promise a universal skill or transfer of an arbitrary motion.

Inputs start with the actual work.

A general description of the activity, frequency, desired result and known constraints is enough for the first conversation. Choose further inputs according to the decision that needs to be made.

01

Process information

Photographs, short videos, procedures, operator interviews, basic dimensions and layout. For an existing robot, include its model, variant and available documentation.

02

Exceptions and acceptance

Representative objects, tolerances, cycle time, human intervention and unusual situations. Add scenarios for validating the complete cycle.

03

Learning data

If required, define the schema and capture method for the target robot. Ordinary process video does not by itself replace synchronised state and action data.

Before taking materials, agree their purpose, authority to share them, access, retention and secure use. Confidential material need not be submitted through a public form.

An output for the next decision.

Receive a structured case description and delivery proposal with explicit assumptions and open questions. A valid recommendation may be to defer deployment or change the task.

  • A defined task, operating boundaries and proposed acceptance criteria.
  • Comparison of an existing application, skill adaptation and possible targeted learning.
  • A feasibility assessment based on available evidence, outstanding confirmations and required tests.
  • A proposed robot or platform requirements, integration dependencies and HRI.
  • Allocation of delivery, technical and safety responsibilities.
  • Recommended phases, conditions for continuing, and a preliminary budget for services and other costs.

We use ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 principles as references for work quality and information protection: defined scope, recorded sources and uncertainties, output review and controlled changes. This is not a claim that Altamente is certified or that company conformity has been assessed; these practices do not themselves establish workplace safety.

A deeper assessment from CZK 19,000 excluding VAT.

The starting scope covers one clearly defined process with available inputs. Confirm the scope and price before ordering.

The service includes process and technical assessment, a proposed approach and preliminary budget. Define and price any site visit, data capture or physical test in advance for the specific requirement.

The assessment fee is credited towards deployment of the same approved scope. The safety measures required for the resulting application form part of the overall deployment scope and budget.

The robot, tools, sensors, licences, workplace modifications and ongoing operation have separate budget lines.

A narrower analytical proposal based on supplied information: one operation moving one closed crate weighing up to 2 kg from a shelf to a worktable on the same floor. It excludes a physical test and proof of feasibility. Confirm the price and scope before ordering; this differs from the deeper process assessment starting at CZK 19,000.

What needs further verification.

The assessment separates documented capabilities from assumptions. A binding functional deployment scope follows proof of critical capabilities and confirmation of responsibilities.

Without a specific platform, complete inputs and the appropriate specialist roles, the assessment does not replace a safety assessment of the resulting application or a physical test.

SDK access, a demonstration video or an existing model alone does not prove suitability for another environment. For a critical skill, propose a test on the target configuration before investment.

For an imported robot or a change of original use, separately review the impact on safety, manufacturer support and documentation.

From assessment to deployment.

The next delivery phase addresses the complete work process: integration, validation, documentation, training and operational handover.
