FOR TECHNOLOGY VENDORS

Enter the Czech and EU market with ALTAMENTE

For robotics manufacturers, robotics software vendors and AI platforms: a local partner for customer applications, integration and deployment.

We connect your product with the customer’s workflow, site, data and business systems. Our home market is the Czech Republic; projects elsewhere in the EU are scoped to the agreed territory and participating partners.

LOCAL INTEGRATION AND PRODUCT PARTNERSHIP

From technology to a working application

We combine the vendor’s product knowledge and support with local customer preparation. The scope of cooperation follows product readiness and the specific task.

01 · LOCALISATION

Localisation

Adapt user interfaces, workflows and customer-facing materials for the Czech market, maintaining the link between local documentation and the manufacturer’s source materials.

02 · USE-CASE DISCOVERY

Use-case discovery

Identify tasks that match customer needs, technical conditions and deployment economics. Define the expected benefit and measurable acceptance criteria.

03 · SYSTEM INTEGRATION

System integration

Prepare connections with business systems, peripherals and supported interfaces. Define data flows, control, monitoring and responses to failures.

04 · PILOT PREPARATION

Pilot preparation

Define the pilot task, environment, required cooperation and acceptance criteria. Plan the pilot with conditions for moving into actual operation.

05 · CUSTOMER-SIDE INTEGRATION

Customer preparation

Prepare the customer’s site, access, data and links to existing operations. Include operators, work handovers and the handling of operational exceptions.

06 · AI / DATA SECURITY

AI and data security

Define permissions and data-handling rules: what stays within the customer environment, what may be sent to external AI services and what access remote support requires.

07 · ROBOTICS READINESS

Robotics readiness

Assess the process, site and robot capabilities. Check the availability and transferability of existing skills, then scope missing capabilities, training and human–robot interaction.

08 · DOCUMENTATION COORDINATION

Conformity and documentation

Clarify roles and coordinate evidence for specialist assessment of conformity and deployment safety, using manufacturer documentation and the agreed integration scope.

09 · AFTER-SALES INTEGRATION

Support after deployment

Support delivered integrations, manage dependencies when systems change and escalate product issues to the manufacturer. Agree support scope and escalation before handover.

Three ways to work together

Start with a single customer task. For each model, we agree commercial arrangements, delivery scope, rights to the resulting work and ongoing support.

01 · DEPLOYMENT

Deployment partner

The vendor provides the product, licences, documentation and product support. ALTAMENTE handles the agreed customer preparation, integration, validation and deployment.

For a product ready for delivery that needs to connect with a specific customer environment.

02 · MARKET ENTRY

Local market-entry partner

Together, we select a suitable segment and an initial application that can be validated. The vendor provides evidence of product capabilities and technical support. ALTAMENTE prepares local requirements and a pilot plan with a path to deployment.

For validating a specific offer in the Czech market and preparing further comparable deployments.

03 · PRODUCT PARTNERSHIP

Application and product partner

We jointly develop a solution for a recurring customer task: product configuration, required capabilities, system connections and a deployment procedure. We agree licences, updates and support responsibilities.

For a jointly developed application intended to serve multiple customers.

What the first engagement produces

The result provides a basis for deciding on a pilot, direct deployment or further product development. It also identifies conditions that must be met before further investment.

  • A defined customer task, operating environment and measurable acceptance criteria.
  • A review of product capabilities and available applications or skills, including licences and technical transferability.
  • A scope of missing capabilities, integrations and site changes, with a development approach supported by the platform.
  • Assigned responsibilities, a map of required documentation and a validation plan for the specific solution.
  • Proposed stages, budget and support, including conditions for moving into operation.

How we deploy robots

Clear roles before delivery

Obligations depend on the actual product, supply arrangement and use. Before implementation, we also clarify the roles of seller, importer and any authorised representative.

RoleWhat needs to be agreed
Technology vendorProduct capabilities and limits, licences, API/SDK, documentation, updates, product support and servicing arrangements.
ALTAMENTEThe agreed scope of localisation, preparation, integration, capability development, validation, handover and integration support.
Customer and operatorThe workflow, site, system and data access, operator cooperation, operating procedures and acceptance against agreed criteria.
Specialist partnersRequired assessments, testing and documentation work according to the applicable legal framework and scope of the specific solution.

Coordinating documentation does not replace the manufacturer’s obligations or the required conformity assessment. Authorised hardware repairs and product servicing require an appropriate provider; their scope is agreed separately from support for our integrations.

Inputs for a partnership proposal

Start with a product description and intended application. We use these inputs to propose a suitable partnership model and the scope of the first engagement.

What to send us

  • The product or a link to it, target applications and available demonstrations or validated results.
  • API/SDK, supported integrations and available skills, including options for adaptation or training.
  • Licensing and partnership terms, available documentation and technical support.
  • The intended territory and preferred partnership model.

Scope and pricing

The scope and price of the initial assessment are agreed before work begins. Deployment is priced according to product readiness, available capabilities, integrations and operating requirements. The proposal separates hardware, licences, deployment and ongoing support.

For a specific deployment, we also clarify servicing, remote access, data handling and responsibilities when the configuration changes.
